Steps to Feel Your Fullness

1. Pause During Meals: Take a moment to check in with yourself during meals. Ask yourself how hungry or full you feel.

2. Eat Mindfully: Pay attention to the taste, texture, and satisfaction of your food. Eating mindfully helps you to recognize when you’re full.

3. Slow Down: Eating slowly allows your body to send fullness signals to your brain. Put your fork down between bites and take your time.

4. Listen to Your Body: Trust your body’s signals and stop eating when you feel comfortably full.
